Refund Policy

At Kaizuken Entertainment, we provide digital creative services such as artwork, illustrations, webcomics, storyboards, animatics, music editing, lyric writing, and other entertainment-related content. Because of the nature of digital and custom-made creative work, all sales and service payments are final and non-refundable.

This Refund Policy is designed to protect our business, prevent misuse, and ensure clarity and fairness for all clients.

1. No Refunds on Digital or Custom Services

All services provided by Kaizuken Entertainment are custom-made and digitally delivered, meaning once work begins or is delivered, it cannot be returned.

Therefore:

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

  • All payments are final, regardless of project stage or client decision changes.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Illustrations

  • Artwork

  • Webcomic pages

  • Storyboards

  • Character designs

  • Animatics

  • Music editing

  • Lyric writing

  • Design assets

2. Client Responsibility

Before commissioning any work, clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate requirements, references, and instructions

  • Reviewing work-in-progress updates when provided

  • Communicating changes early in the process

Kaizuken Entertainment is not responsible for dissatisfaction caused by:

  • Miscommunication

  • Changes of mind after work has begun

  • Incorrect or unclear instructions from the client

3. Project Cancellations

If a client chooses to cancel a project:

  • No refund will be issued, even if the project is incomplete.

  • Any completed work up to the cancellation point may still be delivered at Kaizuken Entertainment’s discretion.

4. Quality & Revision Policy

We strive to provide high-quality creative work. Revisions may be offered depending on the agreed project terms.

However:

  • Revisions are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in the project agreement.

  • Requests outside the original scope may require additional payment.

  • A client's dislike of style, interpretation, or artistic direction is not grounds for a refund.

5. Digital Delivery Confirmation

Once digital files are sent to the client:

  • The project is considered completed.

  • No refund or reversal will be allowed.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost files

  • Download issues caused by the client’s device or connection

6. Fraud & Chargeback Protection

Any attempt to issue a false claim, dispute, chargeback, or fraudulent refund request will result in:

  • Immediate termination of all ongoing services

  • Revocation of usage rights for delivered work

  • A legal response if necessary to protect our business

We maintain complete documentation and proof of work for all clients to defend against false claims.

7. Exceptions

Kaizuken Entertainment does not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Displeasure with artistic style

  • Misunderstanding of the service

  • Unrealistic expectations

  • Delays caused by the client

  • Failure to provide required assets or instructions

8. Policy Enforcement & Legal Protection

This Refund Policy exists to protect Kaizuken Entertainment from:

  • Misuse of services

  • Fraudulent clients

  • False claims

  • Legal disputes

By commissioning or purchasing any service from us, you legally agree to this no-refund policy and waive any right to dispute charges based on dissatisfaction or misunderstanding.
